This gulf view home sits just south of 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, within walking distance of the beach and the emerald Gulf of Mexico. The neighborhood is just North of 30A and sits right behind Oyster Lake with its own private dock and community pool. The pristine beaches, coastal dune lakes, wetlands, and wonderful hiking and bird-watching opportunities. Take a scenic bike ride along 30A, stopping for drinks and a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants you can walk, bike ride or golf cart to!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
