This gulf view home sits just south of 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, within walking distance of the beach and the emerald Gulf of Mexico. The neighborhood is just North of 30A and sits right behind Oyster Lake with it's own private dock and community pool. The pristine beaches, coastal dune lakes, wetlands, and wonderful hiking and bird-watching opportunities. Take a scenic bike ride along 30A, stopping for drinks and a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants you can walk, bike ride or golf cart to!
Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
A $500 security deposit will be held the day before arrival and released within 3 days of departure with no damage to the property or golf cart. If there is any damage, Santa Rosa Beach Vacation Rentals will notify you of the damage and approximate cost to repair or replace the item(s).
NOTE: You must be 28 to book and stay at this property, smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed under any circumstances other than a service animal required due to a disability.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
