NOTE: You must be 28 to book and stay at this property, smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed under any circumstances other than a service animal required due to a disability.
Additional $50 per day for pool heat above 80 degrees.
Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
A $500 security deposit will be held the day before arrival and released within 3 days of departure with no damage to the property or golf cart. If there is any damage, Santa Rosa Beach Vacation Rentals will notify you of the damage and approximate cost to repair or replace the item(s).

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
