Direct Bookings: Unless otherwise specified, cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in may be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable.

No refunds are issued for early departures, no-shows, or inclement weather.

Respect the maximum occupancy, house rules, and quiet hours.
No parties, events, or unauthorized guests are allowed.
Report any damage immediately. You may be held financially responsible for any damages or extra cleaning.
No smoking inside any property. Smoking outdoors is allowed only in designated areas.
Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly properties, with prior approval and any applicable pet fees.
